Baking days currently take place at the fantastic Lucy Cooks in the Lake District. Lucy is a top girl, her cookery school gets rave reviews and is simply a great place to spend a day (or three).
For the remainder of 2010 I’ll be running a bread for beginners day on November 20th (sold out), and a Festive bread day on December 15th (last few places available). More info is available from the cookery school. So if you want to be used and abused by me, have dough thrown at you and sworn at, give them a ring or drop them an email.
